Aphanius fasciatus és una espècie de peix de la família dels ciprinodòntids i de l'ordre dels ciprinodontiformes.

Morfologia

Els mascles poden assolir els 6 cm de longitud total.[1]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba a Àsia (Turquia), Europa (Estat francès, Itàlia, Eslovènia, Croàcia, Albània, Grècia[2][3] i Montenegro) i a l'Àfrica del Nord (des d'Egipte[4] fins a l'est d'Algèria).[1][5][6][7]

Estat de conservació

La destrucció de l'hàbitat i l'eutrofització són les seues principals amenaces a nivell local.[8]
