Asymbolus vincenti és una espècie de peix de la família dels esciliorínids i de l'ordre dels carcariniformes.

Hàbitat
És un peix marí de clima temperat i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 27-650 m de fondària.[4][7]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a Austràlia.[4][8] [9][10]
