Cacosternum boettgeri és una espècie de granota que es troba a Botswana, Etiòpia, Kenya, Lesotho, Moçambic, Namíbia, Sud-Àfrica, Swazilàndia, Tanzània, Zàmbia, Zimbabwe i, possiblement també, a Angola i Uganda.
