Entomacrodus caudofasciatus és una espècie de peix de la família dels blènnids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.
Morfologia

Hàbitat
És un peix marí de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 0-3 m de fondària.[3][6]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba des de les Illes Andaman fins al sud del Japó,[7][8][9][10] les Illes Kermadec[11] i Micronèsia (Palau i les Illes Marshall[12]).[13][3][14][15][16][17]
