Hymenocephalus lethonemus és una espècie de peix de la família dels macrúrids i de l'ordre dels gadiformes.
Morfologia
Depredadors
Al Japó és depredat per Congriscus megastomus, Chlorophthalmus albatrossis i Diaphus coeruleus.[7]
Hàbitat
És un peix d'aigües profundes que viu entre 220-810 m de fondària.[5][8]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba des del sud del Japó[9] fins a les Filipines.[10][5][11][12]
