Hypsoblennius caulopus és una espècie de peix de la família dels blènnids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.

Hàbitat
És un peix marí de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall.[3]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba al Pacífic oriental: des de Nicaragua fins al Perú.[3] [6][7]
