Oncorhynchus clarkii clarkii és una subespècie de peix de la família dels salmònids i de l'ordre dels salmoniformes.
Morfologia
Alimentació
Menja peixets, crustacis i insectes.[7]
Depredadors
És depredat per Oncorhynchus clarki, Oncorhynchus kisutch, Oncorhynchus mykiss i Phoca vitulina.[8]
Hàbitat
Viu a zones d'aigües dolces, salobres i marines temperades (61°N-40°N) fins als 200 m de fondària.[9][6]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba des d'Alaska[10][11][12] fins al riu Eel (nord de Califòrnia, Estats Units).[6]
Longevitat
Pot arribar a viure 10 anys.[13]
Interès gastronòmic
Es comercialitza fresc i es consumeix fregit, rostit i al forn.[5]
