Scott Ian Rosenfeld (nascut el 31 de desembre de 1963), més conegut per Scott Ian, és un músic americà, conegut per ser guitarra rítmica en el grup de heavy metal i thrash metal, Anthrax. Ian és creador el grup de crossover thrash, Stormtroopers of Death.
