Còdex d'Alep

El Còdex Alepo o Còdex d'Alep (en hebreu: כֶּתֶר אֲרָם צוֹבָא, Keter Aram Tsova) és el més antic i complert manuscrit del Tanakh, produït i editat pel respectat masoreta Aaron ben Moses ben Asher. Datat al 930 dC, prop d'un terç d'ell, inclou quasi tota la Torà. Es considerat el manuscrit original de major autoritat masoreta, que segons la tradició familiar, aquestes escriptures hebrees foren preservades de generació en generació.[1] És vist com una font original i la major autoritat pel text bíblic i els rituals jueus. El Còdex Aleppo té una llarga història de consultes per les autoritats rabíniques. Els estudis moderns, demostren com la més exacta representació dels principis masorètics i que poden ser trobats en tot el manuscrit.
