Etroplus maculatus és una espècie de peix de la família dels cíclids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.
Morfologia
Alimentació
Menja alevins, zooplàncton i algues.[4]
Hàbitat
És una espècie de clima tropical entre 20°C-25°C de temperatura.[6][4]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba a Àsia: Índia[7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14] i Sri Lanka.[15][16][17][4]
