El Mozilla Thunderbird (abans anomenat Minotaur) és un client de correu electrònic de codi obert distribuït per la Fundació Mozilla i procedent del projecte Mozilla. Aquest era una evolució d'execució més lleugera del Mozilla, però dedicada primordialment al correu electrònic, als grups de discussió i als canals RSS. Es basa en el motor Gecko, conferint-li així gran rapidesa i estabilitat.

De la mateixa manera que el Mozilla Firefox, poden afegir-se-li més caracerístiques fàcilment gràcies a extensions.

Es distribueix sota les llicències MPL (Mozilla Public License) i MPL/GPL/LGPL (trillicència), i és disponible per a GNU/Linux, Windows i Mac OS X.
