Nicholas "Nicky" Patrick Hayden (Owensboro, Kentucky, 30 de juliol de 1981) és un pilot de motociclisme estatunidenc que va ser Campió del món de la categoria reina del motociclisme de velocitat, MotoGP, l'any 2006.

Trajectòria esportiva

El seu títol mundial el guanyà amb l'equip Honda Repsol, en què hi tenia per company Daniel Pedrosa. Però després no va tenir sort, perquè l'any següent no pogué ni pujar a dalt de tot del podi. Pel seu poc rendiment, Repsol Honda fitxà el sotscampió de 250cc, Andrea Dovizioso. Actualment, Hayden milita a la Ducati, equip amb el qual la temporada de 2009 no obtingué gaire èxits, ja que el cinquè lloc fou el seu millor resultat.
