Ondoher (pronunciat Òn-do-jer) va ser el trenta-unè Rei de Góndor, el regne del sud de la Terra Mitjana fundat pels Numenoreans a l'exili que apareix a l'obra de J.R.R. Tolkien.

Era fill de Calimehtar, que havia aconseguit derrotar els aurigues i expulsar-los de Góndor. Però durant el regnat d'Ondoher els aurigues van tornar a atacar Góndor per l'est, aquest cop coordinant l'atac amb una incursió dels haradrim pel sud. Ondoher va liderar el gruix de l'exèrcit fins al davant de la Porta Negra de Mórdor on es produí l'encontre amb els aurigues.

En la batalla, el príncep Adrahil de Dol Àmroth comandava l'ala esquerra de l'exèrcit, el capità dels exèrcits de Góndor Minothar dirigia l'ala dreta. El centre el comandava el mateix rei.

Góndor va ser derrotat, i tant Ondoher com els seus dos fills Artamir i Fàramir van morir. La rereguarda de l'exèrcit aconseguí fugir a Ithílien i defensar-la de l'avanç dels orientalencs.

El general Eärnil, que havia derrotat els haradrim al sud, va marxar cap al nord i va vèncer els aurigues. La mort d'Ondoher i els seus fills, però, originà un conflicte successori a l'aparèixer dos candidats al tro de Góndor: Fírel, la filla d'Ondoher casada amb Arvedui d'Àrnor que d'acord amb les antigues lleis de Númenor hauria sigut Reina Regent, i el mateix general Eärnil, parent distant del rei tot i que descendia per línia exclusivament masculina.
