Telumehtar (pronunciat Tel-lu-méh-tar) va ser el vint-i-vuitè rei de Góndor, el regne del sud de la Terra Mitjana fundat pels Numenoreans a l'exili que apareix a l'obra de J.R.R. Tolkien.

Va succeir el seu pare Tarondor a la seva mort, el 1798.

L'esdeveniment més important que es produí durant el seu regnat va ser la reconquesta per sorpresa a Úmbar, el 1810. Després d'aquesta victòria es feu coneixer com a Umberdacil ("Victoriós sobre Úmbar"). El port d'Úmbar va pertànyer a Góndor durant tot el regnat de Telumehtar, tot i que torna a caure a mans dels corsaris d'Úmbar poc després de la seva mort (situació amb que es troba durant la trama de El Senyor dels Anells)

Va ser succeït pel seu fill Narmacil II el 1850.
