Aquest article parla del segon senescal de Góndor amb aquest nom. Per l'heroi de la Primera Edat, vegeu Turin.

Turin II va ser el vint-i-tresè senescal regent de Góndor, el poderós regne de la Terra Mitjana en la ficció literària de J.R.R. Tolkien.

Nasquè el 2815 de la Tercera Edat, i succeí el seu pare Turin II el 2882 a l'edat de 63 anys.

Durant el seu govern Ithílien va tornar a ser atacat per Mórdor, i Góndor es va retirar completament de la província. Només alguns exploradors van quedar-s'hi, amagats entre la selvatgor. Probablement el refugi de Henneth Annûn fou establert durant aquest període. També va ser durant la seva regècia que l'illa de Cair Andros va ser fortificada per defensar Anòrien.

Turin va ser succeït pel seu fill Turgon a la seva mort, l'any 2914.
